CREATIVE STRATEGY
Adopted a grassroots approach, using peer-to-peer influence and trend-aware activations to integrate Sodexo into daily student life while maintaining brand alignment.
THE WORK
Planned and promoted 12+ campus dining activations featuring UGC contests, student brand ambassadors, and social formats inspired by trending TikTok and Instagram content. Conducted trend research, student audience analysis, and competitive scans to guide campaign creative. Ensured all visuals and messaging met Sodexo brand standards while still feeling authentically “student-made.” Achieved a 35% increase in student participation and built a micro-influencer community that amplified campaigns organically.
